POLICIES AND PAYMENT OPTIONS:

*This $100 deposit and $25 registration fee is required with all registration forms. The $100 applies toward the total tuition if student completes term (Sept - June). The deposit is non-refundable if term is not completed.   The $25.00 registration fee is non-refundable and does not apply toward tuition.

Rates for Full term (September 07-June 08)

Private Program:   $1207.50/yr. (Classes available Monday through Saturday. Days and times are set up with individual teachers)

Group Program:   $910.00/yr. (Classes available Monday through Friday 3:30-4:10)

Payment Options (as stated on registration form):

Payment option 1:   Full one-year payment (Sept-June). (5% discount if paid in full by August 31, 2008)

Payment option 2:   PayPal payments (one by August 31,2008,   one by   Feb. 1, 2009). (2% discount off 2^nd payment if both payments are paid on time)

Payment option 3:   Monthly payments -- after $100 deposit. (due by 5^th of each month)

**All other discounts (early registration, coupons, etc.) will be given in final month of term (June 2009).

Policies for All Payment Options:
Make-up classes will be provided in the event an instructor cancels the class due to inclement weather (if the school system also cancels or if road conditions are unsafe). We will follow inclement weather cancellations as announced by the Loudoun County School System. Therefore, when Loudoun County schools cancel due to inclement weather, please know that we will also cancel music lessons. We will provide a maximum of two snow day make-ups after the regularly scheduled semester ends in June. These classes will be held on the same day of the week and time that the student was contracted for during the current school year. If an instructor cancels for any reason, the student and instructor may schedule a makeup time prior to the end of the semester if the schedule permits. Any classes not made up by the instructor (due to the instructor's cancellation only) during the school year will result in a credit for the student. Please note that no other classes due to any other reason will be rescheduled.

Policies for Payment Option 1:  
Students who withdraw from the studio will be required to give the studio   2 weeks advance notice in writing to be eligible for any refunds. If the student withdraws, he/she will be subject to the following refund schedule (if advance notice has been given):

• 40%   refund if withdrawn within   2 months
• 25% refund if withdrawn between 3-5 months
•   0% refund if withdrawn after 5 months
•   Students who are dismissed from the studio for disciplinary reasons will not receive a refund.

Policies for Payment Option 2:  
Tuition is due in two payments: one by September 1,2008 (or upon enrollment) and one by February 1, 2009. If a student withdraws from the studio, the following refunds will apply (as long as required notice has been given):

• 25% refund -- withdraw within 3 months
• 0% refund -- withdraw after 3 months
• Students who are dismissed from the studio for disciplinary reasons will not receive a refund.

Policies for Payment Option 3:
All monthly payments are due by the 5th of each month. If the payment is received after the 5th, a 25.00 late fee will apply. If a student withdraws from the studio, the deposit will be forfeited and the student is responsible for payment through the end of the month in which the student terminates. If a student withdraws from the studio after March 1, 2009, the student is still responsible for completing the required monthly tuition payments. Clients whose account balances are more than 30 days past due will be withdrawn from the studio until all account balances become current.
*This option is best for those who are uncertain if they want to complete the entire 10-month term. Contract for option 3 may be canceled at any time before March 1, 2009. However, client will be charged for the month in which lessons are discontinued, and the $100.00 deposit will be forfeited.  

These forms may either be printed out and mailed with a $125 check to our accounting office (see address above), or registration form may be submitted online and $100 deposit and $25 registration fee made via PayPal.
